Returns & Refunds Policy

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Standard catalogue products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. A pickup fee may apply for large furniture.

Custom-made, cut-to-size and made-to-order products (including plywood, laminates, wallpaper and flooring cut to measure) are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed to your bank account / UPI within 7 working days of the return being approved.
